Online Conference Terms & Conditions of Attendance

The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between “Present to Succeed” LLC, UIC: 206325351, having its seat and registered address at Sofia, Bulgaria, 1124, Sofia, district Sredets, Ivan Asen II street, No 60, ap 12a, represented by Boris Hristov and Iva Nachkova, managers, (“Present to Succeed”, “us”, “we”, “our”), as the organizer, and the attendees (“Attendee”, “you” or “your”) of a conference hosted online (the “Online Conference”) and govern the access to and participation in the Online Conference.

1. Definitions

Attendee – any person who completes a valid registration for the Online Conference upon purchasing a Ticket (or having a Ticket purchased for them).

Online Conference – “Present to Succeed” conference hosted online, which includes and is separated into Sessions and Masterclasses.

Website – the official Online Conference website www.presenttosucceed.com

 

​2. Tickets

2.1. In order to attend the Online Conference, Attendees need to purchase a ticket from any of the provided categories, details for which you can find on the Website. Each ticket must be assigned to an Attendee. Multiple simultaneous attempts access using a single ticket will not be allowed.
 

2.2. All tickets shall be available for purchase on the Website and shall be paid for through payment platforms such as PayPal and Stripe.


2.3. Once a successful ticket transaction has been completed, tickets are delivered in electronic soft-copy via email to the email address nominated by the Attendee.


2.4. We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time, but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.

 

2.5. Buy One & Get One for Free Campaign: To get a second free ticket, the Attendee needs to follow the instructions received over email by info@presenttosucceed.com. What we will ask the Attendee to do is to choose one of the beautiful creatives we have for the event. Share it on social media, mention our page. Make as screenshot and sent it to us as a proof.

3. Registration

3.1. After ticket purchase, the Attendee needs to register through the Website to gain access to the Online Conference.

3.2. The registration form requires information such as the Attendee name and email to be completed. You are also granted the alternate possibility of registering and logging in using your LinkedIn account.

3.3. If multiple tickets (10 or more) are purchased by an organization or a company, the registration of each Attendee will be done by us after the organization or company supplies us with the information in 3.2. for each person attending. The organization or company shall ensure the Attendees are made aware of and shall be bound by these Terms.

3.4. If the registration is on behalf of another, it is your obligation to make sure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and accepts them. By completing and submitting the registration form you are representing and warranting that you have made the person attending aware of these Terms and that they have accepted these Terms.

3.5. The registration has been successfully completed when you receive a confirmation email at the e-mail address you have provided during the registration process itself.

4. Attendee obligations

4.1. By purchasing a ticket for the Online Conference, you agree not to share, sell, or trade your ticket. Reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket, not in accordance with the Terms, will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not gain access to the Online Conference. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.

4.2. You agree to behave in a respectful and appropriate way during the Online Conference. You also acknowledge and agree that Present to Succeed reserve the right to remove you from the Online Conference if we, in our sole discretion, determine that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the Online Conference or the enjoyment of the Online Conference content by other attendees. 

4.3. The platform for the conduction of the Online Conference provides a section for public chat which allows for online, live communication between all participants in the Online Conference (including the Sponsors) or in the Virtual Booth of a Sponsor. In the chat you are obliged to not:

 

4.3.1. Insult or slander anyone participating in the Online Conference or in the Virtual booth (including Sponsors or Speakers of the Online Conference).

4.3.2. Send spam messages to the participants in the chat.

4.3.3. Failure to fulfil this obligation will result in a warning that you will be removed from the Online Conference in case of a subsequent violation of the obligation. We reserve the right to remove you immediately, irrevocably and without warning from the Online Conference if another violation follows, for which we will not be liable to you in any way.

5. Cancellation of attendance and refunds

5.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase of a ticket within 7 days of the purchase without giving any reason and to receive a reimbursement of payment by notifying us in writing of your decision within this time. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment was received (for example, a credit card payment will refund to the same credit card account number).

5.2. All purchases of Online Conference tickets are non-refundable in their entirety after the end of this 7-day period.

 

6. Access to the Online Conference

6.1. A valid ticket and registration entitle you to access the Online Conference as an Attendee online. The Online Conference will be held on the Hopin online platform.

6.2. The Online Conference and its content are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. For the duration of the Online Conference we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the Online Conference.

6.3. The Online Conference requires Internet access and compatible devices. It is your responsibility to ensure that our technology is compatible with your systems prior to registering. Present to succeed is not liable for any technical issues, which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatibility.

7. Changes or cancellation of the Online Conference

7.1. We do our best to make sure that the Online Conference schedule, speakers, content, platform, and dates are correct at the time of publishing. Circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the schedule, content, speakers, platform, or dates of the Online Conference. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result.

7.2. We will endeavor to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on the Website and all the Online Conference social media accounts. Anyone who has agreed to receive notifications on the latest news by email shall also receive an email regarding the changes.

7.3. If the Online Conference is postponed, we will provide you with access to the Online Conference at that later date. No refunds will be provided if the Online Conference is postponed.

7.4. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Online Conference, we will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you because of the cancellation.

 

8. Photography, audio, and video recording

8.1. By participating in the Online Conference you acknowledge and agree to grant Present to succeed the right at the Online Conference to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to store recordings, distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media. If you do not consent to being recorded, you can choose to leave the session or masterclass.

8.2. Each Attendee shall have access to recordings for personal use of the sessions and masterclasses according to the category of the purchased Ticket.

9. Intellectual property rights

9.1. All intellectual property rights in and to the Online Conference, the Online Conference content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Online Conference are owned by us and/or the Online Conference sponsors or speakers participating in the Online Conference. You agree not to reproduce, modify, record, distribute, license, perform, publish, create derivative works from or use (except as authorized and in accordance with these Terms) any Online Conference content or materials for any reason as these actions constitute an offense and can result in liability in accordance with the effective Bulgarian legislation.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. You acknowledge and agree that views expressed by speakers at or in connection with the Online Conference are their own and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any advice given or views expressed during or in connection with the Online Conference.

10.2. Materials shared or distributed at or in connection with the Online Conference are intended for information purposes only and should not be relied upon by you or others. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Online Conference and/or any information provided at the Online Conference.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms purports to exclude or limit liability for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.4. Subject to paragraph 10.3., we shall not be liable to you whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise for any losses arising under or in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the Terms.

10.5. Subject to paragraph 10.3., our total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you to us for your ticket to participate and access the Online Conference, after the payment of any processing fees or bank charges applicable.

11. Indemnity

11.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees that arise out of or are related to any breach of the Terms by you or any other liabilities incurred by us arising out of your attendance, participation or access to the Online Conference.

12. Force majeure

12.1. “Force Majeure” means circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control and which are reasonably likely to affect the successful delivery of the Online Conference or would make it inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible for us to perform our obligations under these Terms. In case such circumstances occur, we are not liable if the Online Conference is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay to perform our obligations under these Terms.

13. Personal data

13.1. Present to Succeed will collect and process your personal data in order to provide you with the services described in thеse Terms.

13.2. More about the personal data we process and your rights as a data subject you can read in our Privacy Statement.

14. Amendments

14.1. We may make amendments to these Terms, if necessary. Any such amendments shall be posted on the Website. Amendments will be effective immediately on the amended Terms being posted on the Website and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you attend the Online Conference.

 

15. Governing Law and jurisdiction

15.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UK law. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, including disputes arising out of or relating to their interpretation, invalidity, performance as well as disputes concerning the filling of gaps in the Terms on their adaptation to new circumstances shall be referred to the competent courts of the United Kingdom.

15.2. The nullity of any of the clauses of these Terms and conditions does not lead to the nullity of another clause or of the Terms and conditions as a whole.
